Stonebase is run by an individual based in Georgia, who is responsible for your data (the "controller"). Contact: support@stonebase.pro.
What we collect
- Your quiz answers and age range. We use them to build your three priorities and your plan.
- Your email address. To give you your plan link and send the emails described below.
- Which video you came from (the short link you used), so we know which videos help.
- Purchase status. Whether you bought, and the order number from Creem. We never see or store your card details.
- Your answer to "What stopped you?", if you choose one.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
What we don't collect
Photos you add to your plan stay on your device. They are never uploaded to us. We don't use advertising trackers or sell your data. Your theme and progress ticks are kept in your browser's storage on your device.
Why and on what basis
- To provide your plan and the paid product: performance of our agreement with you.
- Your quiz answers can describe skin, hair or other health-related things. We use them only to build your plan, with your consent, which you give when you submit the quiz. You can withdraw it any time by asking us to delete your data.
- Emails about your plan: your consent when you enter your email. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Improving the product and keeping the site secure: our legitimate interests.
Emails
After the quiz we send a short series of emails over about a week: your plan link, a few useful ideas and an offer for the full plan, then one short survey. After that we stop. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare (hosting, database, email forwarding)
- Creem (payments, as merchant of record)
- Our email sending provider (to deliver emails)
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. They do so under standard contractual clauses or similar safeguards.
How long we keep it
Quiz answers and email: until you ask us to delete them, or 24 months after your last visit. Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or limit how we use it. Write to support@stonebase.pro. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
We do not collect emails from anyone under 13. People aged 13 to 17 get their plan without any offer and cannot buy.
Changes
We will update this page if anything changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
