Terms of Service

These terms apply to stonebase.pro, the Stonebase quiz, your personal plan page and Stonebase Protocol (together, "the service"). The service is run by an individual based in Georgia ("Stonebase", "we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. What the service is

Stonebase gives educational information about appearance: skin, body composition, style, hair, posture, teeth and tired eyes. The quiz turns your answers into three priorities and a plan. It is general information, not a diagnosis.

2. Not medical advice

Nothing in the service is medical, dermatological or dental advice, and it does not replace a doctor, dentist or pharmacist. Follow product labels. Where the plan mentions a medicine or a product with active ingredients, check with a pharmacist or doctor if you have a condition, take other medicines, or are unsure. Stop any action that causes irritation or pain and get professional advice.

3. Age

You must be at least 13 to use the quiz and give an email address. You must be 18 or older to buy Stonebase Protocol.

4. Your personal link

Your plan lives on a personal page with a private link. Anyone with the link can open it, so keep it to yourself. If you lose it, write to support@stonebase.pro from the email you used and we will send it again.

5. Buying Stonebase Protocol

Stonebase Protocol is a digital product with a one-time price shown before you pay: $39 during the first 5 days after your quiz, $59 after that. Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record and is the seller on your receipt. Creem's own terms apply to the payment itself. Access opens on your plan page as soon as the payment is confirmed. It is for your personal, non-commercial use.

6. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, with no questions asked. See the Refund Policy. A refund ends access to the paid part of the plan.

7. Updates

We may update the content when research changes. Updates are free for buyers and appear on the same page.

8. Our content

The texts, plans and images belong to Stonebase. You may print or save them for yourself. Please do not resell, republish or share the paid content.

9. Results

Everyone is different. We do not promise any specific result or timeframe. Time estimates in the plan describe what research and practice suggest for most people.

10. Liability

We provide the service as is. To the extent the law allows, Stonebase is not liable for indirect losses, or for any loss above the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.

11. Changes and contact

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without taking away consumer protections of the country you live in. Questions: support@stonebase.pro.
