How it works
- Send an email from the address you bought with, or include your order number from the Creem receipt.
- You don't need to give a reason.
- The refund goes back to the original payment method through Creem, our merchant of record. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
- After the refund, access to the paid part of the plan closes. Week 1 stays yours.
After 30 days
Write to us anyway if something went wrong, for example a double charge. We'll sort it out.
